𝙋𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙑𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 & 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞

一個非常簡單的水上人家常菜式😙大頭菜為醃製菜的一種,加埋入去只有一種非常特別的鹹香😽再加埋花甲嘅鮮甜味,啲粉絲索晒啲汁好好食!
▶️大頭菜如果怕太鹹可以預先浸水15分鐘

材料: (2人用)
花甲 1斤
大頭菜 1條
粉絲 1包
乾蔥頭 4粒
薑片 2片
紅尖椒 半條
油 2湯匙
鹽 少量
熱水 400ml
芫荽 適量
做法:
1) 花甲用鹽水浸半小時吐沙,粉絲用熱水浸淋,大頭菜預先浸15分鐘
2) 大頭菜切條,乾蔥頭切半
3) 熱鍋下游,加入大頭菜、乾蔥頭、紅尖椒和薑爆香,然後加入花甲和粉絲,然後再倒入熱水,上蓋用大火煮大約5分鐘!之後加入少許鹽和芫荽即成~


Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- Clams: 600g
- pickled daikon radish: 1 piece
- Vermicelli: 1 pack
- Shallots: 4 pieces
- Ginger slices: 2 pieces
- Red chili pepper: half a piece
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: a small amount
- Hot water: 400 ml
- Coriander: to taste
Instructions:
- Soak the clams in salted water for half an hour to purge sand. Soak the vermicelli in hot water, and soak the daikon radish for 15 minutes in advance.
- Cut the daikon radish into strips and halve the shallots.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add the daikon radish, shallots, red chili pepper, and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant. Next, add the clams and vermicelli, then pour in the hot water. Cover and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes! Finally, add a little salt and coriander, and it‘s ready to serve!
