蟹肉蟹粉蒜片意粉

It’s crab season again!🍂話說我好鍾意食大閘蟹~但係有時就咁食成日會覺得唔係好舒服😂所以唔可以食太多!👦🏻非常善良地逐隻蟹拆肉拆蟹粉🫢之後諗唔到整咩就整個意粉😝好好食!每一啖都係蟹肉同蟹粉🩷唔知大家鍾意食意粉定拌麵多啲呢?

▶️我今次用咗一半自己拆嘅大閘蟹,再加禿黃油from @slh_hk 🥹真心推介,係我用過咁多隻蟹粉最好食☺️

材料: 2人用
意粉 150g
蟹肉蟹粉 150-200g (隨你鍾意)
煮過意粉的水 100ml
蒜片 3湯匙
橄欖油 2湯匙
蔥花 適量
海鹽和黑胡椒 適量

做法:
1) 蒜片加入滾水煮1分鐘,撈起備用,之後用油拌煎炸至金黃色!
2) 意粉跟包裝減2分鐘煮至al dente !
2) 熱鍋下橄欖油,加入蟹肉和蟹粉爆香,然後加入意粉和煮意粉水,炒勻,加入海鹽和黑椒,再加入蔥花和蒜片即成!

Ingredients: (Serves 2)

  • Pasta: 150g
  • Crab meat (or hairy crab coral): 150-200g (to your liking)
  • Reserved pasta cooking water: 100ml
  • Sliced garlic: 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped green onions: to taste
  • Sea salt and black pepper: to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the sliced garlic in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and set aside. Afterward, sauté in oil until golden brown!
  2. Cook the pasta for 2 minutes less than the package instructions until al dente!
  3. In a hot pan, add olive oil, then stir-fry the crab meat and crab roe until fragrant. Next, add the pasta and reserved pasta water, mixing well. Season with sea salt and black pepper, then add the chopped green onions and garlic slices, and it’s done!
