15分鐘日式壽喜燒烏冬

Super easy yummy udon! 如果唔想自己調個汁,可以向日本超市都有現成的汁底,好簡單好方便!我今次都係直接響入職超市買壽喜燒汁🤓日本和牛再撈蛋汁真係太好食❤️今次用咗宮崎和牛😝

▶️如果想再健康啲絕對可以加入一些蔬菜!

材料:
牛油2大匙 
薄切牛肉片 300h
日本大蔥1/2根
洋葱 1/2個 切條
日式本菇 50g
急凍烏冬 2個
蛋1顆

壽喜燒汁材料:
清酒 50ml
味醂 100ml
醬油 100ml
水 100ml
砂糖 25g

做法:
1) 烏冬用滾水煮散之後拿起備用,大蒽和洋蔥分別切條
2) 淺鍋上加入牛油煮香,加入大蔥和洋葱輕炒一會,然後再加入本菇炒至軟身,堆在一邊再加入牛肉和壽喜燒汁煮至8成熟!
3)先把牛肉拿起,然後加入烏冬煮勻,之後放回牛肉 再加入蛋黃和蔥花即成!

15𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙠𝙞𝙮𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙪𝙙𝙤𝙣

Ingredients:

  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Thinly sliced beef: 300g
  • Japanese green onion (negi): 1/2 piece, cut into strips
  • Onion: 1/2 piece, cut into strips
  • Shimeji mushrooms: 50g
  • Frozen udon : 2 pieces
  • 1 egg

Sukiyaki Sauce Ingredients:

  • Sake: 50ml
  • Mirin: 100ml
  • Soy sauce: 100ml
  • Water: 100ml
  • Sugar: 25g

Instructions:
1) Boil the udon noodles until loose, then set aside. Slice the green onion and onion into strips.

2) In a shallow pan, add the butter and sauté the green onion and onion for a bit, then add the enoki mushrooms and sauté until softened. Push this mixture to the side, then add the beef and the sukiyaki sauce ingredients. Cook until the beef is about 80% done.

3) Remove the beef first, then add the cooked udon noodles and stir to combine. Put the beef back in, then add the beaten egg yolk and green onion on top. Serve!
