材料: (6碗)
印度椰子 1個
合掌瓜 1個
栗子 200g
紅蘿蔔 1條
粟米 1條
南北杏 30g
蜜棗 2粒
豬𦟌 半斤
水 3000ml
做法:
1) 將合掌瓜和紅蘿蔔去皮後洗淨切件,粟米切件,印度椰子切半
2)豬肉放入凍水,煮滾後繼續煮5分鐘汆水,拿起備用
3)水滾後放入所有材料,再滾後調細火,煲約2小時即成!
Ingredients: (Makes 6 bowls)
- 1 Indian coconut
- 1 chayote
- 200g chestnuts
- 1 carrot
- 1 corn cob
- 30g almonds
- 2 dates
- 250g pork belly
- 3000ml water
Instructions:
1) Peel and wash the chayote and carrot, then cut into pieces. Cut the corn into pieces. Cut the Indian coconut in half.
2) Put the pork in cold water, bring to a boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes to blanch it. Remove and set aside.
3) Once the water is boiling, add all the ingredients. Bring back to a boil, then simmer for about 2 hours until done.
