▶️章魚乾先浸軟之後剪塊
材料: (6碗)
章魚乾 1隻
冬瓜 1斤
粟米 1條
茨實 30g
生薏米 30g
瑤柱 6粒
蜜棗 2粒
豬𦟌 半斤
水 3000ml
做法:
1) 豆類用清水略浸30分鐘,章魚浸軟之後剪塊,粟米切件
2)豬肉放入凍水,煮滾後繼續煮5分鐘汆水,拿起備用
3)水滾後放入所有材料,再滾後調細火,煲約2小時即成!




Ingredients: (Makes 6 bowls)
- 1 piece of dried octopus
- 600g winter melon
- 1 corn
- 30g China barley
- 30g Euryale ferox
- 2 dried jujube dates
- 6 dried scallops
- 300g pork with bones
- 3000 ml water
Directions:
1) Soak the beans in water for about 30 minutes. Soften the dried octopus, then cut it into pieces. Cut the corn into pieces.
2) Place the pork in cold water, bring to a boil, and continue boiling for 5 minutes to blanch it. Remove and set aside.
3) Bring the water to a boil, then add all the ingredients. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 2 hours until done.
