
Simple vegetable dish idea♥️參考了Frittata 意大利烘蛋做法,是源於意大利的一個蛋類菜式,主要是蛋汁加入芝士、奶、蔬菜和不同肉類,然後放入焗爐焗!超級簡單方便!之前出過三文魚焗蛋食譜!但係今次淨係想做一個配菜,所以只加入雜菜,然後加入雞蛋煎香,省卻了放入焗爐這個步驟😊✌🏻更加簡單但係同樣好食💕
▶️可以隨意用自己喜歡的雜菜!
材料:
蘑菇 4個
菠菜 50g
紫洋蔥 半個
車厘茄 8粒
蒜蓉 1湯匙
牛油 2湯匙
蛋 3隻
芝士片/芝士碎 50g
海鹽 適量
黑胡椒 適量
做法:
- 車厘茄切半,紫洋蔥切條,菠菜切去根部之後切段,蘑菇切片!
- 雞蛋攪拌均勻
- 牛油加入蒜蓉爆香,之後加入紫洋蔥、車厘茄、蘑菇和菠菜炒至軟身,加入少許鹽和黑胡椒調味!然後便可以倒入雞蛋,表面再放上芝士碎,中火上蓋煮大約5分鐘,或至雞蛋熟透之後即成!
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 4 pieces
- Spinach – 50g
- Purple onion – 1/2 piece
- Cherry tomatoes – 8 pieces
- Garlic – 1 tablespoon
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Eggs – 3 pieces
- Cheese slices/grated cheese – 50g
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the purple onion, remove the stems from the spinach and cut it into pieces, slice the mushrooms.
- Beat the eggs until well mixed.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic in butter, then add the purple onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. Stir fry until softened, then season with a little salt and black pepper. Pour in the beaten eggs and top with the grated cheese. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked.
